This is often seen as the very first system of medicine. Ayurveda is 5000 years old originating from India, and works on you being as healthy as possible to avoid illness and disease. Makes sense!
Ayurveda concentrates on eating well, exercising appropriately, breathing fully, lowering your stress load and sleeping well. Easy....

Tip 1: Abhyanga
An oil massage ritual to detox and condition the skin.
Cover the body with oil that suits your body type (Dosha), such as sesame or almond oil. Mindfully self massage into the skin and joints. Leave for 10-15 mins.
Take a warm or hot shower and you will find your skin is replenished - soft, smooth as well as lower in toxins.
